Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. A bona fide resident of Valenzuela City
2. A graduate of any government-recognized public or private high school

For Graduating Senior High School Learners:

1. Certified True Copy of Grade 11 Report Card with General Weighted Average (GWA) of 80% and above (front and back)
2. Certified True Copy of 2nd or 3rd Quarter Grade 12 grades (front and back)
3. Certified True Copy of School Identification Card or ID (front and back)
4. Photocopy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate (Must be a Filipino Citizen)
5. Proof of Residency (Voter's ID and/or Voter's Registration Certificate from the COMELEC that the parent or the applicant is a registered voter of Valenzuela City)
6. Four (4) pieces of recent Passport Size ID Pictures with full name and white background
7. Fully Accomplished Online Application Form

For Alternative Learning System/Philippine Educational Placement Test (ALS/PEPT) Qualifiers:

1. ALS/PEPT Certificate
2. Certified True Copy of School Identification Card or ID (front and back)
3. Photocopy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate (Must be a Filipino Citizen)
4. Proof of Residency (Voter's ID and/or Voter's Registration Certificate from the COMELEC that the parent or the applicant is a registered voter of Valenzuela City)
5. Four (4) pieces of recent Passport Size ID Pictures with full name and white background
6. Fully Accomplished Online Application Form

For Transferees:

1. Transcript of Records (TOR) with GWA of 80% and above
2. Certified True Copy of School Identification Card or ID (front and back)

Reminders:

• ValTech will only accept applicants with complete requirements.
• All hard copies of the requirements above must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar for evaluation.

The qualified applicant will be notified of his/her face-to-face Interview schedule (date, time, venue) through his/her email account.

Reminders:

• Print-out of the Notice of Interview to be presented to the Security Officer on duty on the day of the scheduled interview.
• Any ID bearing the applicant's photo and signature.

• Only applicants who have submitted complete requirements and have successfully undergone the face-to-face interview and screening process are qualified to enroll.
• Qualified applicants will receive an official notification and an enrollment link through their registered email account. (The link is strictly non-transferable and must not be shared or used by others.)

For Senior High School Graduates (Incoming Freshmen):

For Non-Formal Education Applicants, Out-of-School Youth, Unemployed Adults, or any person who desires to enroll in short-term courses:

2. Original Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
3. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate for married women
4. Photocopy of Proof of Residency (Voter's ID and/or Voter's Registration Certificate from the COMELEC that the parent or the applicant is a registered voter of Valenzuela City)
5. Chest X-ray and Medical Certificate (based on chest X-ray only)
6. Four (4) pieces of recent Passport Size ID Pictures with full name, business attire, and white background

For New Students (Incoming Freshmen):

1. Secure a Pre-Enrollment Form from the Registrar's Office
2. Proceed to the Program Coordinator for advising
3. Submit all original requirements to the Registrar's Office
4. Submit the Chest X-ray and Medical Certificate to the Clinic

For Transferees:

1. Secure a Pre-Enrollment Form from the Registrar's Office
2. Proceed to the Program Coordinator for advising
3. Proceed to the Clinic for a health update
4. Apply for the master listing at the Registrar's Office
5. Apply for the validation of ID

For Non-Formal Education Applicants, Out-of-School Youth, Unemployed Adults, or any person who desires to enroll in short-term courses:

1. Accomplish the COR and TESDA Application Form from the Admissions Office
2. Submit all the requirements to the Registrar's Office
3. Apply for a School ID
